Loved my time at New Coast Hotel Manila. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice view of Manila Bay. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. Location is convenient—close to malls and restaurants. Lobby can get busy at times, but overall it was a smooth and comfortable stay. Definitely recommend!

There is a lot of construction and much of the hotel amenities are not available like the pool and pool deck. Also, it is very inconvenient to get in and out at the street due to construction and just how run down the area is. Car and foot traffic is very dense and walking is very risky. You will also be harassed often by beggars.
If I was to stay in the hotel and use the casino and restaurants only it would be great . Great for business, but not family.
Staff is amazing! Bathrooms are very neat with great tub. The rooms are not laid out well for ease of use of dressers or areas for the luggage.

Hotel has been under renovation for last many tears and they do not let guests know. SWhould be mentioned clearly
Noisy and poor service including the manager on duty. No care attitude even though have stayed there many times.

I rarely write reviews, but my parents were so impressed with their stay here at New Coast Hotel Manila. I booked my parents to stay at the hotel because they enjoy spending time at Robinson’s Shopping Mall every time they fly to the Philippines for a holiday. My parents were impressed with the location, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. They were very impressed that the linens and towels were replaced every day, and the complimentary drinks and water were stocked up also every day; making sure everything is fresh, clean and that they are comfortable. I have shared this hotel with my other family members and, they too, have stayed here. Thank you for welcoming my family and ensuring they had a good and comfortable time. We will surely be checking again here soon.

The staff are friendly and helpful.
The rooms were had was large and clean, although a little dated.
The location is right in the middle of the action - a big shopping centre near by, and many massage and restaurants around. Although it has a bit of a dingy feel.
Unfortunately when we were there, the hotel was under renovation, so we didn't really get a 5 star feel.

Pool is not open. But service is superb. I love the room and the food is something you need to try.
